My sales person gets 10 stars, she was great. But the initial offer I got on my car (days before coming in when I saw the used car I wanted advertised) gets the place a 1 star (the offer was SEVEN THOUSAND) less than that of the dealer across the street, and it was even a BMW that I’d brought to them exclusively for service. I’d recommend my salesperson, but not the dealership.

I came next day to bring back documents for his attention, I told him I am in my way and he pointed that he is with customer.
When I reached the dealership I called again to ask him to pickup the documents and make sure all the information is accurate.
He declined to come out because it's raining , I waited half an hour.

Specifically for vehicle services, it’s premier compared to regular dealership, but needs some work compared to other BMW higher end dealers. Wish they offered higher end membership for that above average concierge service. They treat you special, but not as much as I like when there is an issue. This impacted my decision to purchase a new vehicle with this BMW dealership.
Awesome we had a very limited time line to sign the paperwork and explained that to them. They in turn made it all work on my lunch break. The team once again was totally awesome.
Took me 5 hours to change a tire and although they offered shuttle services they are pretty restrictive as to what they can do that’s not planned in advance. Also they can’t tell you when you will be done so it can be your car is left behind.
Yvette was great but didn’t provide enough information on time frame although I did tell her my whereabouts vans she finally told me when the car was actually started but it was 2 hours before they finished. Next time I will take an Uber to go home and back.

I brought my BMW 530e in 6 times to fix the drivetrain & regenerative braking warning and 4 days after returning it the warning to consult the dealer about these issues appeared again showing the dealership was incapable of fixing it. Nice people but no results and no explanation of what was wrong and how they fixed it.

Best dealership in Oahu ! Always friendly and fast always makes the customer service go smoothly. Reasons why I love bmw . And the advisor Yvette is the best and always explains everything about the car on what is going to be done and explains about it clearly. Like how they send videos of the car getting inspected and how the tires has left. And after service love how shiny and clean my car looks afterwards.
Service Writer, Kainoa Morita, provided excellent customer service by extending his knowledge, sincerity and prompt and informative contact. BMW performed excellent interior and exterior complementary cleaning.
ℹ scheduled an oil change for 2 pm was told I had to wait till end of the day. The price I was quoted was $110 dollars for which I agreed. Then I was called and told it was 130 with no extra work done other than oil change The review I was given was inconclusive to additional work that needed to be done. With each item requiring a 250 dollar diagnostic fee first.

Awesome experience! From the moment I walked in to the end. I was assigned an AWESOME advisor who kept me in the loop and never force any other services other than the one I scheduled for. The team provided me with a complimentary vehicle inspection and a list of recommended repairs. I think the coolest experience was that the servicing technician sent me a video of himself performing an evaluation of my car's undercarriage conditions. Overall it was a GREAT experience and I'm glad I chose BMW of Honolulu to service my car!

Daquan is a very nice guy. Not a high pressure sales person that makes you feel uneasy. Buying a car is a pain but he and the sales manager made it simple. The finance lady is my only gripe. She talks out of both sides of her mouth and takes it personally if you decline the extras. She just gave off a sleazy vibe. Overall, I am still happy with this dealership. My second purchase from them.

Well my X5 malfunction screen came on while I was on the freeway heading home and pulled over waiting for AAA to give me a tow I called BMW of Honolulu to see about bringing my car in and they said ok being it was almost 4pm on July 3rd. Easy and quick process to drop car off for service and to fix recall issue
Great service. Provided a loaner car till mine was ready. I feel like the service was very professional. Sent a video of the inspection unfortunately I couldn’t view the video for some reason hopefully they will work out the problem.
Everything was efficient from check in to review of services, updates of diagnosis, pickup, and a clean car.
Service Department was great as usual. They got me an appointment quickly, and performed my service in a timely manner.
Service, parts, management, sales, gift shop, and the whole team at BMW Honolulu are the best!!

Patrick Bailey raised his voice on telephone to my wife I bet if was standing in front of him he would sound like a puppy instead of the pit bull we crossed on the phone.
